Article 15

For the modification of the statutes a decision of the General Meeting is necessary which is in quorum when ½ of the entitled members are present. For the decision to be valid a majority vote of at least ¾ of the present members is necessary. Every objection concerning any article of these statutes is discussed by the General Meeting on the basis of the existing laws that govern Societies.

Article 16.

The Society is dissolute in the cases stated by law. A decision of the General Meeting is necessary for this purpose. The presence of half the entitled members is necessary and a majority vote of at least ¾ of the present members is required.

In the case of the Society's dissolution the assets are donated to another society with similar objectives.

Article 17.

Till the first elections and within 3 months from the publication of these statues in the books of Societies of the Court of First Instance of Athens, a temporary Executive Committee is appointed by the founders.

The members of the temporary E.C. are:

Article 18.

The present statutes comprising by 18 articles was discussed by article and as a whole and was finally approved by the below founding Members of the Society:

Article 19.

The statutes were modified so that the composition of the E.C is: President, Vice President, Treasurer and one member.

Finally a number of distinguished Greek Toxicologists were accepted in the Society as Honorary members. The above modifications were approved by the General Meeting that took place on the 29/3/1997 in Athens.
